Return Policy

* We accept no product returns after 30 days, all returns must have a return authorization number assigned before product is returned.
* Open boxes or cartons cannot be returned without a return authorization number assigned before product is returned.
* No return on ink & toner unless it's within 30 days, in the original packaging and is within the "use by" expiration date.
* Not all product returned will result in a refund or credit and are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
* All "special order" sales are final and cannot be returned.
* Special Orders are subject to freight charges, special order is dictated by product supplier/vender.
